Refund policy

1. Return Policy

Return/Exchange must be requested within 10 days of the delivery date.

2. Eligibility Requirements

* Item must be unused, unwashed, unaltered, and undamaged.

* All original tags, labels, accessories, folding, and packaging must be intact.

* A receipt/proof of purchase is required.

* Clear photographs/Unboxing Videos(if required) of the item must be attached during the return request.

* Only uncut, unstitched, unused, and unwashed fabrics—with original tags, folding, and packaging—are eligible for return or exchange.

3. Non‑Returnable Items

* Innerwear

* Premium / high‑value products marked

* Products reported for return after the 10‑day window.

4. Damages & Wrong Items

* Any damaged, defective, or incorrect item must be reported within 24–48 hours of delivery.

* For wrong‑item claims (items other than Minister White), an unboxing video is mandatory when you file the return/exchange request.

5. Return Procedure

* Once the return/exchange request is submitted, please wait for our approval.

* Once approved, you will receive return shipping details on your mobile number/email.

* We will arrange a pickup within 2 days of approval (subject to serviceability).

* Shipments sent back without prior approval will be refused.

6. Exchange Policy

* Exchange will be processed after the returned item reaches our warehouse and passes inspection.

* The delivery window for the replacement item same as the forward shipping.

7. Refund Policy

* Refunds are initiated only after the returned item passes our quality check.

* Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

* Cash on Delivery (COD) / shipping service fees (₹80) are non‑refundable.

  • For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, customers must provide bank account details.

Return Policy for Free Perfumes & Deodorants

  •       Perfumes and deodorants offered as gifts with clothing purchases are subject to the following return conditions:
  •        If you choose to return the clothing item(s), the perfume/deodorant must be returned unused and in its original sealed packaging.
  •        If the perfume or deodorant has been opened, used, or unboxed, its retail price will be deducted from your refund amount.
  •        To receive a full refund, please ensure all gifts are returned in their original, unopened condition.
